Production: Caña Valls gets its special aroma and softness after a rest in oak barrels.

Tradition: Its consumption is inheritance of commercial relations with the former colonies.

Consumer advice: To drink with ice or coffee. It is usual to take it after meals, although in rural areas of Mallorca it was usual to take it before beginning the hard day's work.
