Production: Made with cane spirit, macerated fruit, spices and caramelised sugar.

Tradition: This traditional liqueur was usually drunk after the alcohol had been partially burned off. It is made by macerating aromatic plants and fruits from the island in cane spirit.
Serving suggestions: Drink neat, preferably with ice, or mixed in coffee. It is usually drunk after meals.
