Production: A traditional Mallorcan liqueur, crafted with distilled anise and macerations of herbs such as rosemary, fennel, chamomile, peppermint, bitter orange, lemon verbena, lemon leaves, and orange leaves.

Herbes Limsa is available in three varieties: dry (38% ABV), mixed (30% ABV), and sweet (25% ABV).

Tradition: This traditional liqueur traces its origins back to the medicinal drinks prepared by apothecaries in the 16th century to combat epidemics. Its elaboration is based on a long maceration process of aromatic plants typical of the island and anise.

Serving Suggestions: Enjoy neat at room temperature, chilled, or over ice. Commonly consumed after meals thanks to its digestive qualities.
