Soft liquor based on sugar cane
Traditional liquor flavored with vanilla notes, has an alcohol content of 30%.
Production: Made with cane alcohol, macerated with fruit, spices and caramelized sugar.
Tradition: This traditional liquor was traditionally drunk prior to partial burn of its alcohol. It is produced through a process of maceration of aromatic plants and fruits of the island, in cane liquor.
Consumption tips: To take be taken natural, preferably with ice and mixed in coffee. It is usual to take it after meals.
